Decorative Edge Specifications

New Ceilings: First the ceilings shall be swept down removing all excess dust then one coat of acrylic undercoat shall be applied the ceilings shall then be checked over for any chips or cracks which if found will be filled and touched up with acrylic undercoat the ceilings will then be finished with two coats of flat acrylic using anti fungus treatment in all wet areas.

Ceilings: the ceilings shall be professionally prepared including patching any holes and cracks, scraping and sealing any loose or flaking areas proper sealing of any water damaged areas and finished with two coats of flat acrylic with anti fungus treatment in all wet areas.

New Walls: the walls shall first be given one coat of oil based plaster sealer then the walls shall be checked over for any chips or cracks which will then be filled the walls will then be thoroughly sanded down and the patches touched up with acrylic undercoat then finally the walls shall be given two coats of a quality premium washable paint in your choice of a low sheen or matt finish.

Walls: the walls shall be sanded down, and professionally prepared including patching of any holes and cracks, touching up with acrylic undercoat and finished in two coats of a quality washable paint.

New Doors/frames: First the doors/ doorframes shall be cleaned free from any plaster or cement and any holes or gaps shall be filled and then the doors/frames shall be undercoated using acrylic undercoat they shall then be thoroughly sanded down dusted and given one coat of gloss enamel.

Doors/frames/Skirting/Windows: the doors/frames/skirtings/windows shall be thoroughly sanded down filled where necessary, given one coat of undercoat lightly sanded once more and finished in either a choice of full gloss or semi gloss enamel.

Gutters/facia/downpipes:  the gutters /facia/downpipes shall be sanded down touched up with rust killer where necessary given one coat of undercoat and finished in high gloss enamel.

New Gutters/Facia/Downpipes: First the gutters/facia/downpipes shall be cleaned removing any cement, dirt or sand from the surface then one coat of primer shall be applied followed by light sand and then an undercoat finally the surface shall be given one more light sand followed by one coat of gloss enamel.

Eaves: the eaves shall be dusted down, filled where necessary; any water stains touched up with a spirit based spray and finished in two coats of flat acrylic.

New Eaves: first the eaves shall be dusted down free from any sand or dust then one coat of acrylic undercoat shall be applied then the eaves shall be checked over for any holes which if found shall be filled and touched up with acrylic undercoat and finally the eaves shall be finished with two coats of flat acrylic.

Render: all rendered areas shall be cleaned down free of any dust dirt or cobwebs  then the render shall be filled and gaped were necessary then finally the render given two coats of a quality weather resistant paint.

Render: new render shall be sanded down to remove all loose sand, any cracks filled, given one coat of oil latex undercoat and finished with two coats of a quality weather resistant paint.
